I’m really drawn to renovated homes because of the GOOD BONES (structure) that come with the home. One amazing benefit of purchasing a remodeled property is that you have the opportunity to purchase a home that has all of the brand new luxury details and appliances you love, with the history, charm and character of an older home. It’s true when they say that they don’t build ’em like they used to! Keep in mind there’s a ton of pros and cons to any home purchase, so if it works for you and your pockets, then that’s all that matters! There’s so much beauty in restoring the things others deem broken.
