My 1942 “Captivating Cape Cod”

Introducing: Doe’s “Captivating Cape Cod.”

If instagram brought you to the blog, then I’m so glad you’re here! Listen, I had no intentions of starting a blog. Literally, not one. It’s always been my intention to document my homeownership journey and all that it comes with, but only on social media. So, the idea came to me last week and I brought the idea to life. I want to show the real side of all things home, and also show that whatever I can do, you can do it too. Like I mentioned in the IG caption, it’ll be the good, the bad and the, “oh sh**, what did I really get myself into?!” I’m not sure where this blog will take me, but let’s take the step together to find out. The Femme Focus as a brand has been a silent presence on social media and the internet for a few years now. If you’ve been with me from the beginning then you know that my brand has evolved into many things over the years…and I’m so proud of that! The Femme Focus has existed since 2009 and it’s safe to say it isn’t going anywhere any time soon. This is just another evolution in this ride called life.

Let’s journey together, shall we?

Happy Valentine’s Day! The day of love. February 14th is a special day for me. In 2023 it marks the day that I went under contract on my home. The day that I decided to bet on myself as a single woman and do something scary, but well worth it in the end. So, here’s to it being a year of choosing myself and letting the unexpected unfold right in front of me.
